More and more unexplained charges on my account

My account should be up to date since I pay it on time every month, but it currently shows an outstanding balance of R1840.91. This is an unfair charge and I refuse to pay it. I have proof that these charges on my account could not have been made by me.

I made a complaint already on hellopeter (REQ:2742947) and apart from a non-committal, but polite response, nothing was done the last time. The first set of charges came from supposed data and calls in August, even though I ended the month with airtime remaining. It is therefore not possible that there can have been such charges without first using the airtime on the contract, it just can't happen. There are other reasons discussed in my previous complaint as to why I reinforce that the usage was not made by me and is impossible. I also have a data logging tool on my phone that did not record such data usage.

Secondly, there is now a new "MT Billing Subs" charge that has been appearing on my account. I don't know what this is and didn't ask for it. Please remove it immediately and remove all charges associated with it. I want to see a balance of zero on my account. I have made all the required payments.
