I am extremely unhappy with my balance and think that the charges are pretty much unfair. I cannot be spending my airtime and get charged for calling you people. What am I exactly being charged for?
Can I ask that my balance be re-looked at and adjusted accordingly as just by looking at the statement by balance should be R18411.13 an not R20664.00 and I had asked Damien a few months back to exclude me from all extra charges as I am trying to pay off the debt and not building a long-term relationship with you people. These charges are just unnecessary and don't make any sense.
