On the 7th of December 2021, around 2pm I bought airtime to the value of R450.00 online and it was deducted on my credit card, I have my credit card statement for December and it reflects that it went off successfully. To my surprise the airtime was not loaded on number and i have been seeking help concerning this matter and without any help from MTN.
Therefore I need your help concerning this matter. What must I do now?
