I recently laid a complaint on hallopeter with initial feedback from Cell C, but NO follow up to resolve my problem! I have basically no signal at my residence. Please help me to obtain a signal booster. I have been a loyal customer of Cell C for more than 7 years now and I am VERY disappointed with Cell C. If I do not get any response I would please like to have my contract cancelled, I am sure Vodacom or MTN will be more than willing to ensure customer satisfaction.
