My telephone line was dislodged on 129 January at the pole in the back of my stand. I contacted the Call center on 20 January and explained that I would need to be phoned as I would not be there to let them in. On the 29 January a technician phoned me at work and said 'I am at your gate'! I asked the technician to phone me back - he did not want to supply a number where i could conatact him - and promised to get back to me that same day. I am still waiting! I phoned the call center on the 30 Jan - and they informed me that the service had been scheduled for 31 January - I am still waiting! I ahve phoned the call center 6 times - escalated the fault 3 times - without any action.
Does anyone communicate with anyone else at Telkom? Does telkom really care about their loyal customers? Judging from my experience - not at all!
Hopefully someone hears this and coordinates the repair with the customer!!!
