THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT CUSTOMER CARE MEANS

My Samsung S III unfortunately fell and the glass broke. I phone the Polokwane branch the said sending it in and fixing this will take two weeks and the cost - R2000-00 . After the phone was given to Nashua Mobile Polokwane they told me it will take more than a month. I decided to phone customer care and complain and spoke to an absolute who told me about his black berry and how long he had to wait, he never gave me a chance to even finish one sentence. Frustrated can not describe how I feel.
