I contacted Mweb Business to set up an additional email on our existing email package. I spoke to Shane Marks who told me i should send it in writing via email to [Email Removed] I did that on 10 January. After no response, i contacted Mweb again on the 14th and was told i should fill out the Business Mail Request, which i did. After no response since then, i contacted Mweb today. I'm still on the phone since 9.30. NO ONE CAN HELP and just transfers me to the next person. Some giving me other numbers i should call, to no avail. I just spoke to Juliet, who transfered me to the connect department, which i tried phoning earlier, held the line for 20mins before giving up. DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS CAN BE SO DIFFICULT.
