I logged an sms for a fault on my telkom line two weeks ago. I made a call to the call centre a week ago - reference 1167396723, nothing. I sent another sms earlier this week and called an agent yesterday to ask for progress - she assured me someone will contact me yesterday 6th Feb. have just gotten off the phone - dialled 10210 to escalate but over 35 minutes on the phone and i was still holding on. Ridiculous - Telkom appoint more call agents - you cannot keep a client hanging on for such a long time!!! Ridiculous!!!
I want my home number sorted asap - get it done!!!
