I have a cellphone contract with nashua mobile. i revived a quite large bill but i was expecting it since i know this month i was on the road a lot and subsequently phoned a lot.
I downloaded my bill summary and realized that i was billed for the same call 5 times it was a call of 10.5 minutes so the cost per call was R26.17. i have tried to phone but cant even get thrugh to a person that can assist. my total hold time has been more than 20 minutes. i will now have to go into a store and most probably yell at someone to get an answer.
dont think i will be staying at nashua mobile after my contract expires in May.
