We requested our 3 x business lines to be diverted to mobile numbers as they are out of order, this should be a click of a button. These are our only lines and are once again out of order. I have faxed the required documents 3 times in a 24 hour period. I have phoned Telkom 7 times from my mobile number one call was 25 minutes. They are just not interested, they promised to phone back but it hasnt happened. I have e-mailed no response. This is unacceptable and pathetic service! What do i do next?
