My goal was simply to port from Autopage to Vodacom and keep my number.
I have started my porting process with the Vodacom shop in cresta 2 weeks ago...
Firstly the contract was set up incorrectly I had to phone them EVERY DAY to find out the status after repeatedly asking for them to keep me up to date.
Finally I had to go into the shop again to pick a up a new SIM that has also not been working for 2 days now.
they eventually cut off the original SIM card, but the porting never kicked in, and i'm not sitting with 2 SIM cards, that are not working.
I phoned these people about 3 times a day, and only had ONE phone call from them back despite promises to phone me back every day...
I would think they do this kind of thing every day, I don't understand why no effort gets done to rectify this from their side... TERRIBLE support!
