I am an extremely unhappy Nashua Mobile client. I have contacted customer services 2 days ago, on the 4th of February 2013, to report a repeated monthly query.
A few options were given to me to correct the error which were all non effective. They then told me to do a backup and a security wipe. After this has been done, the new consultant told me that the swipe was not necessary and that I only have to change my Cell C package (which I now supposedly have to do every single month).
With this being said. After 5 phone calls to customer services, one visit to the Centurion branch, one complaint on the Nashua Mobile website (Ref nr: 263280) and 5 hours directly spent dedicated to this cause my cellphone service is STILL inactive more 48 hours later.
To me this is utterly pathetic. It goes to show that the people being trained for these positions are inadequate. This makes me, a loyal customer of 8 years, feel totally helpless. And still without phone.
