How did this happen?

I opened a new contract with Vodacom The Glen during the second week of January 2013. When I phoned Vodacom to add CLIP, I realized that the wrong information is logged on the account. The ID nr started with 79... and Phille Sesele was logged as the user but the account was on MY NAME.
The lady suggested that I go back to Vodacom The Glen for them to sort it out as they will still have the paper work.
When I arrived the mangaer Max helped me and said he knows about the problem. And it happened because they took long to activate the account. He said the mistake was at headoffice when they logged two people (myself and Phille Sesele) on my account. He just laughed and said he will rectify it before Monday 04/02/2013. He took a copy of my id.
Today (06/04/2013) I went back to see if it had been rectified, but still Phille Sesele is logged on MY account.
And Max is nowhere to be found.
Since last week he has done nothing to rectify the situation!
How is CONFIDENTIAL information of two different people mixed up???
So the question still remains when will this be rectified???!!!
