One month later - still waiting

I completed a "24 Months Corporate Subscriber Credit Application and Airtime Agreement" form, with the Cell C Store in Brooklyn Mall Pretoria on the 28th of December 2012, for a Nokia Lumia 920 on a "Straight Up 800" deal for R1166 per month. (Agreement No 0002520)

The staff informed me that the stock would arrive the 2nd week of January 2013. I heard nothing from them and visited the store on the 16th of January 2013. The staff told me that they still didn't have stock and that I could not speak to either De Wet (The Regional Manager) or to anyone else in Head Office as they didn't have contact details for them. I insisted to get a copy of the e-mail that they sent to the Head Office and was forwarded an e-mail sent to Priya Sewbhajan with the Subject: Corporate New Line. (Unfortunately the e-mail didn't include Priya's e-mail address)

Sylvia, from Cell C Brooklyn, informed me today that her HQ does not know when stock allocations will be made and offered me the Samsung SIII instead, which I declined as I belief it has a fragile screen.

Can Cell C deliver the Nokia Lumia 920 as advertised in December 2012 and offer me better service in the future or am I wasting my time?
