BAD!!! Coverage

And still no response, ref number 57432, 4 September 2013 a guy phoned me a long time a go, "mam I will come back to you"... but he didn''t tell me in which year!!

I phoned on Monday the coverage line, the lady told me some one will phone me, today is Friday, and STILL!!! no response.

Do you know what it is to have poor coverage???

I don't think so, but we are good enough to pay our bill EVERY MONTH!!
