No answer at call centre

I have tried to get hold of MTN on their 808 number since Tuesday when they blocked my line due to a bill in excess of a limit I never requested.
All I need is to get hold of mtn, get their bank account number to just get my line activated again!
The worst part is if they have problems with their lines why can't they just update it on their website?
I even logged a call back request online, received an automated response but nothing more.
COULD SOMEBODY PLEASE CALL ME BACK???
