SARS online account has been blocked

For over a year my SARS online account has been blocked. I'm unable to lodge my returns because of this. I've tried on numerous occassions to contact their call centre but I get to hold on the line for over 30 minutes to an hour sometimes.

I hate dialling their number now because I know that my attempts will be unfruitful. SARS has now charged me a penalty of R2000 and I need to find out from them how I was supposed to lodge my returns when their website is giving me issues and my concerns have never been addressed.

I need to retrieve my user name and password, I don't know how to do this when their call centre is so inefficient. The last time I spoke to someone at their call centre was over two weeks ago, I informed this person of my issue and she advised that she will log a call with the technicians to look into my account and that someone will contact me to help reactivate my account.

I'm fed up with attempting to contact someone at SARS regarding my blocked account, taking time off work to do something I can do online is really not on.
