I am not a Standard Bank customer, never have been and now never will be!
I have been receiving phone calls, texts and voice mail messages from Standard Bank with regards to an outstanding home loan for Mrs Z Johnston. All these calls are during working hours and to top it all off I am not Mrs Z Johnston.
I have spent time going to Vodacom to check if the number could be the problem but they have assured me its not.
I have spoken to several line managers at the call centre that promised me they would delete my number but today I was called again. They also promise to call me back but never have. The line manager checked today and could tell me that I have requested to speak to a line manager before but could also tell me that no request was logged to have my number removed.
I have also logged a complaint via the Standard Bank email address supplied on their website but have to date not received a response.
If this happened once or twice I would understand but for it to happen constantly over a few months is unacceptable.
