I have been an mtn client for the past 13 years and needless to say I am very irate with their service. For the past three months without warning my lines have been suspended and this is totally unexcptable as one of the lines is a busuness line and I have indicated this to them. Orders are made on a daily basis on that line and I cannot afford to have that line suspended. This is my families souce of income and I will hold MTN liable should we loose any business due to their incomtitance.
On these three month occations I have asked that their so called limit put on my lines, which I never requested be uplifted and ofcourse this has not been done. I spoke to three call centre agents (NEO, MPHO AND THEMBA) about increasing this so called limit as indicated that I cannot afford to have this as we run a business on one of the lines. I have asked for a teamleader to get back to me or a manager and ofcourse no one has bothered. I am just a number to MTN and frankly I have had enough of their disgusting service.
