I am very frustrated with Telkom, I also want to cancel a line, i have phoned numerous times with no answer. I have phoned accounts to help me and they only dispute the account but I cannot get through to cancelations. It seems that they are eager to open and quickly respond to new services but when you want to cancel they are no where!! I even went in to Menlyn and they gave it over to their manager who said she will sort it out. But its been three months, I am being billed for a service I don't want and am receiving no support from telkom for this.
Does anyone know where the cancelation office is or what number will work??
