The above cell number has been charged by Valoocom R7 per day apparently since 13 October 2013
Please see the email that I sent to them today after speaking to the company and confirming that the subscription was never made.

1. I have cancelled the subscription on the MTN phone.

2. I do not authorise any payments from the contract airtime or any other method to be made to this company from immediate effect.

3. If the company suggests that there are amounts owing I do not authorise that these are paid.

4. Please set up all 3 cell numbers on my account (I gave the numbers) so that no charges from any WASP or any other subscriptions are allowed to be paid.

Instead of replying that what I had asked to be done had been done I was told...

Please dial *141*5*2# to block any subscriptions in future.

This code does not work but I did not want a code I want to know that no more money can ever be taken off these 3 numbers EVER AGAIN.

Please can MTN acknowledge and action points 2, 3, 4 and let me know by email.
