Vaaloocom taking R7 per day

The above number which is an MTN contract has been using up airtime very quickly for the last few months.
As my son is on top up he often ended up with no airtime and this left him unable to call me on occasions leaving him vulnerable.
After enquiring with MTN it appears that the number was subscribed to Vaaloocom and that this company was charging R7 per day.
MTN has now stopped this subscription today on 4 February 2014.
I have just called your support department on 021 300 2831
I was told by your company that the subscription was done on 13 October 2013 and that an sms would have been sent to confirm this subscription.
Also the person from your company thinks it is a Vodacom number but it is an MTN contract number.
This number has never knowingly subscribed to Vaaloocom
I want details of how I am supposed to have subscribed emailed to me.
I want a full statement of the charges that have been made.
I want a full refund that can be paid into my bank account. I will send details of this as soon as you have replied to the email.
I want compensation for messing me around, time wasted and leaving my son with no airtime.
