I have a contract cell phone account with this company. I discovered recently that some companies have been billing me for some subscriptions which I never made. The names I was given at Altech are; Intergrat, Dialog Mobile and Opera Telecom. I had a similar problem last year, the subscriptions were cancelled then and I had to phone these companies who promised to refund my money which has not happened so far. The other two have promised to refund my money this year except Opera Telecom. When I phoned this last name they referred me to [Email Removed] When I phoned Altech it seems there is nothing much they can do from their side except to stop these subscriptions for now. My concern is that this is not the first time this has happened. My cell number at Altech is; 0836554388. I am being sent from pillar to post when I demand a refund and explanation from Opera Telekom and Altech. Please help me with this problem.
