Failure to notify

I am fed up with Vodacom in general! my phone account was susspended yesterday without any prior notifications that i have exceeded my credit limit! I had no idea i even had a credit limit. now i cannot do any cellphone banking, calls or texts! i Called countless times to find out the issue not a single person was helpful! after eventually going to accounts to get my credit limit increased so that i can continue about my life, one lady said she would increase it but i still haven't had any response! Then when i called to find out what has happened people transfer me to other departents and they cannot assist!
