Disappointing service and that's putting it mildly

This incident had started december 2013 uptill this day. I had been debited R1550 for 4 months and. My contract only amounts to R377 a month and everytime I call with reguards to a refund I am given a case number or they keep coming up with excuses and no one at 8ta seems to know what is going on, today I received a call from an agent stating that my contract came to R7000 in may when I only took out the contract in august and when I used the phone, I used a prepaid sim. They have also canceled my contract without any autorisation from me and they reinstated. I now have 5 case numbers with reguards to this issue and every time I speak to a consultant they promise to call me back but they don't, not even the managers call u back, eg tshepo. I spoke to multiple people, eg noma, she was helpful, rudy promised to call back he didn't, the same goes for tsheo and when we phone to speak to them, they don't seem to be at work and even after multiple e-mails to them there are no responces
