Regrettably it appears they only want your money, they do not respond to written instructions, they do not get back to you. They break promises. Their accounting system is backward, they send you an account, you pay via EFT and two days later the debit your account for 3 times the amount. This, after I had instructed them in writing not to debit my account ever!
