We have an account with Multichoice.

We pay the required amount every month BEFORE the due date via EFT. the reason why we pay via EFT is because previously multichoice would take double debits off my husband account, without any notice and without good reason, and they always failed to return the extra money that they debited.

During the time that i have an account with them, and since we have switched over to EFT our account has been suspended numerous times, because THEY have not updated THEIR ACCOUNT SYSTEM.

It happened again today and last month!!

When i called Multichoice to reconnect and to lodge a complaint, i was told that i need to pay via debit order, and that there might be a problem with their technical accounting system! WHY IS THAT MY PROBLEM! WHY AM I INCONVENIENCED BY YOUR FAILED SYSTEM

I ABSOLUTELY HATE MULTICHOICE, AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM

I have also expressed to them, that i am going to submit a complaint at the consumer protector, as i think that what they are doing is a tactic to have me allow them to debit my account, where they will start our money AGAIN!
