I have been trying all day to generate a cancellation quote for a contract all day so far. I call 0821958 and go through the menu to eventually get to a consultant who says they cant help me and that I should call 0821958 for some one who can help me, even though this is the number I have just dialed to get to them. They then transfer me and the call drops, every time.
I tried for a total of 4 times before I decided to go to my nearest Vodacom shop (golden acre CPT). They told me they cant help me. So, in short I cant get help over the phone and I cant get help in person. How exactly can I get assistance? Vodacom is quick to take my money but no-one can help me when I have a query.
To make things worse. I went back to work and EVENTUALLY got through to some one who said that they had generated a quote and sent me an E-mail. I am still waiting for the said E-mail to arrive...
Why can I not get service and a simple quotation in person at the shop?
Why can I not get service for a quotation over the phone done quickly and easily?
Just bad service all round...
All this had done is just confirm my decision that I want to cut ties with this network...
