Vodacom contract cencellation nightmare

Bad service with transfering calls to the cancellation department. I was given the number on my first call and transferred to a dead end with no response on the other line. On my second attemp I requested a call me back service as I could not hold any longer. I was contacted back and told I have to contact the dead line myself as quote: "we do not have a transfer service".

0821958 does not work. I am more convinced than ever that I should be cancelling this contract.
