Still waiting

I have previously requested Cell C to assist with my account as they have been Debiting my account extra previously and now I'm unable to get a new phone as they have listed me and it their fault they never gave me a proper explanation with my account '
I'm unhappy because no one can give me answer's and the people from complains are forever avoiding my calls and the messages I leave for them
Wish I could get a proper answe
