It seems that I have made a huge mistake to take my business from MTN to Cell C.I have sent so many emails to the complains dept also sent facebook messages and also this is not the first complain on hellopeter and still my complains are not sorted out.
I don't agree with my billing as I keep on loosing megabytes. Tsepo promised MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AGO to reimburse me MB 50 and sent me a program to monitor my MB 'S to date nothing happens.
If I sent a message via facebook it is ignored if I sent an email asking the complains to call me they say I must phone them or they say they couldn't get hold of me but there is no message or missed calls on my cell
