I have opened a new account at Cell C more than 3 weeks ago for the Samsung S4 smartphone. They told me the phone will take about a week to come and they will phone me if they received is. It is now more than that 3 weeks and still nothing. When i phone them they tell still tell me the same old story. We as customers will like to know a proper answer to the questions we ask and these people must get informed more frequently. Most of my friends also doing the deal received their phones and i am still waiting. I just what so know when will i receive my phone??
