Hi on the 21 january 2012 i bought a blackberry curve 8520 from the brakpan branch cash crusaders, only to discover that on the 7 march 2013 my phone was not working and discovered that my phone was blacklisted by my network provider as this phone was reported . so i contacted the branch spoke to Cordelia which informed me after 1 week that it was my problem as this happend last year, so i laid a complaint with kgomotso from the head office this was on the 18 March 2013, which i was told that the relevant person will contact me, untl today the 24 March nobody contacted me regarding my complaint, i feel this is not fair and as i have paid R900 for this phone which i can not use. i need this to be sorted as they did not check that the phone was not, and this is not my problem. i do not get any feedback from anyone.
