I have gone through the call centre, I've done Hello Peter and I've logged 3 service requests with Autopage but alas they still fail to email me my statement ever month. I've been requesting the service for the last 12 months giving 3 different email addresses but they still have never sent a statement. I've even had to pay R20/month for the online portal just so I can get the statement myself, that's R240 already they've from me for their inefficiencies. This is the only company I've consistently reported on HelloPeter, but they remain in very poor form.
