I've logged request for the last 4 months, that I am not receiving my E-Billing Statements.
On the 16/04/2013 and on the 19/04/2013, I have sent mails to customer care at cell c, and have had no feedback. It is as if my requests are being ignored.
Since the inception of my contract I have not once received the automated statement, I had to call in every time for someone to send me the statement.
The last manual statement, that Ramothobi Naledi from the call center, sent me was not even my statement, but of a Mrs Ramlakhan.
Could I ask that you trace what is happening to the email, instead of the call center telling me that they have updated my details and it should be working from next month?
