I had previously applied online for a mini s3 and a day later i called the sales department to cancel the phone because i was told its very small in size, few days later i was told to go and collect the phone from the store, i went there to explain to them that i had cancelled the phone i don't understand why was it delivered, they said its fine i don't have to take it i can just fill in some return forms and they will cancel it, that was sometimes last year around October, I never even opened that box let alone to touch it, i have one existing contract with them which is ending this months but for the past three months i have not paid for it because they keep deducting double installments for two phones when i actually have one phone and every time they do that i reverse all the money, i spoke to the manager of sunnypark Ismail Milazi for weeks about this and every time i call him he promise to resolve it and comeback to me but he don't, Today i received another statement after i spoke to him couple of days back, I'm confused.
