I went to Cell C Sandton in May 2011 to get an upgrade on my existing contract at that time. The upgrade could not be completed at the store because they had technical issues - the consultant advised that they pending orders issues. Left the shop without an upgrade, but with a pending application. Four days later i walked to the store and was told pending orders.

I was frustrated and asked them to cancel the upgrade but keep my line. They debited my account with the upgrade rate despite the fact that i never recieved a phone for the upgrade. I eventually requested for Cell C at Sandton branch to cancel my contract and pay back my money for the debit orders. They never did.

I called Cell C so many times and i still have not received my money. The Cell C reference number:110617916
In May 2013 i get a letter from JM Attorneys with reference 101405599 claiming that they will attach my property if i dont pay R613.81 to Cell C. I am so furious right now. Cell C needs to get their act together. It is disgusting that they think they can just send me a letter like that after the they gave me and still never paid back the debit orders they illegally deducted from my account.
