I am currently processing an insurance claim for an iPhone5 which has been approved, so i first called the MTN store in pavilion durban and asked them if they had stock the first response was "is it for a new line or upgrade? " so advised it was for a claim as soon as i said that the lady Dezrine said no we dont have stock (which i know is not true) i then called the MTN smith street durban and asked the same thing bu this time when they asked if it was for upgrade or new line i responded by saying "new line" and guess what they had stock and were willing to put one aside for me. This store is now not willing to give it to me as a replacement phone!!! what unsavoury practise be this??? please can i get my replacement handset before i take legal action.
