I logged a call (Reference number is: 36CWK030213) to report intermittent adsl internet connection. Without any technician responding, the call was closed as repaired by telkom on Monday 4 Feb. I replied to their sms to report that fault still exists. No response.
It is impossible to do any normal browsing as the internet is down a minimum of 10 times per hour. I am not expecting any positive outcome this time, as the technicians in the area seems to be totally incompetent.
