Will they ever get off their arses and help

So last year I asked Cell C 3 times to come to my area as I have no signal a lot of times. 3 times I got no service. Ive asked ONCE this year (so far) after complaining again and shock shock horror horror I'm STILL waiting for a technician AGAIN. Why is it so hard for your people to do their job and service your clients???
