Thank you very much for getting back to me. My issue was resolved after i called in for the umpteenth time and demanded to speak to a higher authority. A gentlement by the name of Avinash from ur centre in KZN was very proffetional and polite. He dealt with the whole issue ever so kindly which is contrast to everyone i dealt with before then. I also found out that the supervisor by the Mandla was actually from your polokwane branch and not JHB as mentioned in my complaint. I think that that centre should be reviewed and everyone should be taken back to training so they can be taught how to deal with customers because evidently they skipped that part training. I wasnt happy at all at the way i was treated.
