My wife had enrolled for the Cisco course which was supposed to run during the day based on the agreement signed with CTU training. The course was rescheduled without us being informed and there was not arrangement made to rectify this issue. I have phoned and emailed CTU Training and still nothing has been done to resolve my issue and the are not willing to give me back my R15000 .
