Incredibly helpful branch manage

My fiance visited FNB Melrose Arch yesterday, as I had been informed by FNB premier banking call centre (calling to ask about her issue) that she had to go the branch to remove a signatory from one of her accounts.
At first she was quite disappointed to have to wait a while to see anyone, but then the branch manager personally dealt with her issue, was very helpful, and kindly explained that almost all matters like this should be possible to deal with online - which is a fantastic time-saving for busy people.
The branch manager's attentiveness and informativeness was exemplary as was his attention to the details of her current banking arrangements and desire to ensure that she is getting the best possible deal.
