Not sorting out issues and blaming 3rd parties

I picked up an issue with the 3D Secure system that ABSA uses for verification on Monday the 29th where the OTP pin was being sent to the wrong cellphone number. The call centre agent I spoke to on the 3D secure helpline confirmed that my cellphone number was the one on the system, and could not explain why the SMS was going to my wife's phone. He did a "change" and informed me to try again later. Later the day I tried again and the same thing happened. I called the 3D secure helpline again and the call centre agent made another "change", however this time it results in an error message stating that there is a "system error". I called back to inform the helpline of this issue and dealt with yet another call centre agent who told me again that there is no issue from ABSA's side, etc. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got put through to Mapula. She informed me that they cannot see the issue and that it's probably with the website and that ABSA has no control over the 3D secure system. On the 30th of July I tried again, on multiple websites and I keep getting the same error message from 3D secure every time. I called Mapula back only to hear that nothing has been done.
