Internet lines off a week and still not repaired

I phoned since this weekend for Telkom to come and fix the lines. our telephone and internet is off. I phone them every day and still there is no one that had a look at what is wrong with the line. I phone and asked to to get a technician urgently. But nothing, they don't even phone back. Please!!! Can some one help that they can fix the lines.
