BILL INCREASE 3000% - NO EXPLANATION 4 MONTHS

My 2 gb card - normal billing 121.93 - september - R 3 556 - with my tablet out of order! phone calls, faxes, e mails, url requests, again url requests- phone call after phonecall - telling them i want to cancell my 5 contracts with them- supervisors, and today again starting everything from scratch
It is easier dealing with the municipality about your electricity account
