I signed a contract for internet access for 1GB a month for my mom to have access to e-mails and Skype. I signed a debit order. My account was debited for an excessive amount and when I queried it was told that the charges were correct. There is no way that a little old lady (who looks after 3 children under the age of 3 all day) is able to use more than 1GB of data a month! The account is incorrect and despite numerous calls and requests to have the account rectified am told that it is correct and that I should pay the bill. This is not the first time this has happened. Now my account has been handed over and I have been listed. if I don't hear from Autopage and have their assurances that this matter will be resolved, I will have no option but to engage the services of a lawyer!
