Failure to close my account

I have been trying to close my platinum credit card for two weeks now, I have received phone calls with promises, and requests to send mails, and no matter how many times I have complied, the credit card has still not been cancelled. I have tried to call the helpline, but unfortunately, since I cut up the card TWO weeks ago, I cannot enter the card digits it requests. Emails are not being responded to, nothing at all. So let me tell you this, if a single cent of bank charges goes of this account, I will take you to court, it is fully paid up, that is why I am leaving your bank, is because of the useless customer service
