Went to get an upgrade first thing this morning as Cavendish branch is always quite busy. Four counters but only one person working. Each client takes 10-15 minutes to assist so as I'm fourth it's already 45 minutes before I get to the front. I get a new type of phone and I ask if there's anything extra I need. Get home and after unpacking everything and reading manual, it turns out I need a mini-sim as my current phone has the older sim. Now I need to go back to get a new sim.

I've tried to phone the store all morning and either they're engaged or there is no answer.

No one in the store ever seems to know anything about the phones they're selling. The last time I went in I was told to look things up on the internet.
