I am still awaiting a copy of the contract I signed, the voice recording with your consultant stating that there is no contract as well as the renewal I signed which you promised on the 29th of January 2014 to provide to me.

You are wasting my time with your incompetence and lack of service delivery.

A formal complaint has been lodged with the Consumer Commission regarding the matter. You continued to debit my account after I requested the account be cancelled with immediate effect seeing that no contract exists.
